Craig Guinasso is the Sr. Director for Technology and Cybersecurity at Alector. In this role, he is the accountable leader for all Enterprise Technology and Cybersecurity activities. These activities include the development and implementation of long-term corporate strategy, maintenance and operation of corporate applications/infrastructure as well as the confidentiality, availability and integrity of corporate data.

Mr. Guinasso has over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and data privacy across a variety of technology, healthcare, banking, and gaming companies. He has built several security organizations successfully attaining HITRUST and/or ISO27001 certifications. Mr. Guinasso began his career in law enforcement where he worked as a police officer for California State University Stanislaus. Mr. Guinasso is a third-generation Redwood City, CA native.

He is passionate about helping organizations secure their digital transformation journeys to the cloud.  

Yogesh brings 15 years of strong cybersecurity leadership experience to Druva, having held senior positions at high-growth organizations such as Okta, Salesforce, Orange Business Services and Global Telesystems Ltd. Most recently, Yogesh served as Senior Director of Information Security at Okta where he was instrumental in helping build and lead the security function through a period of significant business growth from $40M to $1.2B in ARR, and securing the company’s journey through a successful IPO in 2017.

As the founder and former CEO of CloudRanger, he pioneered innovative solutions to optimize cloud operations, later leading to its acquisition by Druva. Currently, David leads the Labs team in the Office of the CTO, spearheading R&D into Generative AI initiatives across the organization, including projects like Dru Copilot, Dru Investigate, and Amazon Q. His expertise spans technical research, commercial planning, and product development, making him a prominent figure in the field of cloud technology and generative AI.

During the 5 years he has been with Druva he has consistently grown and developed our business in these regions, taking us into new markets and accelerating market share in our established ones. 

Prior to working at Druva Nick had a successful career working in major global technology corporations including IBM, EMC and Dell Technologies over a 20 year period. He was a Business Unit Executive for a multitude of technology areas in Enterprise Software including Data Protection, Data Management & Virtualization.

Nick’s teams are currently helping Druva’s customers take advantage of the simplicity of the company’s SaaS data resilience and security offerings, securing their data assets against cyber threats and guaranteeing recovery paths for our customers from cyber incidents.

Prior to Druva he held product leadership positions at leading security companies like Qualys, Symantec & Cisco where he brought to market, scaled ground breaking new security products. He holds 9 U.S. patents and has an MBA from University of California Berkeley and a masters, bachelors degrees in electrical engineering. As a technology entrepreneur, product person at heart - Badri is deeply passionate about bringing to market differentiated technology products that solve customer problems.
