Ranga has more than two decades of leadership experience in storage and data protection. As Chief Products and Marketing Officer, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to grow corporate share of voice, nurture customer and partner advocacy, and drive increased demand. He joins Druva from Commvault, where he was Sr. Vice President of Products and led the company’s product management and user experience efforts across its solution portfolio. Prior to this, Ranga held various engineering and product management leadership roles at Veritas, Dell EMC, and Violin Memory.

With over 20 years of experience in cloud automation and emerging technologies, David has led transformative projects in data management and cloud infrastructure. As the founder and former CEO of CloudRanger, he pioneered innovative solutions to optimize cloud operations, later leading to its acquisition by Druva. Currently, David leads the Labs team in the Office of the CTO, spearheading R&D into Generative AI initiatives across the organization, including projects like Dru Copilot, Dru Investigate, and Amazon Q. His expertise spans technical research, commercial planning, and product development, making him a prominent figure in the field of cloud technology and generative AI.

In leading development of data management capabilities for startups and serving as CTO of the Data Protection Group at Dell EMC, Stephen found his passion in partnering with customers to solve data protection challenges for today’s enterprise and evolve modern data storage. He also spent time at NetApp as a senior technical director of data protection. Stephen is excited to connect with new customers and technology to transform how people protect, preserve, and use their data. Stephen works tirelessly to bring the latest innovative technologies to our customers, so they can always protect, manage, and increasingly obtain more value from their data.
Shankar Subramaniam

Shankar Subramaniam has over 20 years of experience in bringing customer value with security and AI products. At Druva, he is responsible for growing Druva’s security business with offerings in ransomware resilience (detection/response/recovery), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and eDiscovery. He was previously the founder and CTO of Concentric AI, having envisioned, architected and led market adoption of the AI-powered DSPM product. Shankar spent most of his career at startups incubating and building products for mass adoption at Niara as a co-founder, Aruba Networks, Andiamo Systems and Shasta Networks.
